Return Policy

1. Conditions of return
Customers need to check the condition of the goods, and can exchange/ return the goods at the time of delivery / receipt of the goods in the following cases:
Item does not match the type and model in the order.
Incorrect quantity, or incomplete set as per the order.
External conditions are inadequate, such as torn and peeled packaging, etc.
The customer is responsible for submitting the relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return of goods.

2. Regulations on the time limit to notify and return products
Time limit for notification of return and exchange:  Within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product, in case the product lacks accessories, gifts, or is broken.
Time limit for returning the product: within 14 days of receiving the product.
Product return location: Customers can bring the goods directly to Mornington Spa, or send them by post.
